Individual Outsourced Reflection


Mr. Todd works in America he is work in company that sell things in
internet. So his boss forces him to travel to India. So Todd has no choice
even he travel to India or lose his job. That's kind of power distance
that his boss force Todd to do it. Todd chose to travel to India. When he
arrives he was shock about India culture so he faces a lot of difficulty
to reach to his destination. Also he gets culture shock. Like he most eat in wright hand, calling him toad life style and food. Furthermore he was unhappy for his so he was thinking that his job was too hard so he used his power distance and he tell to the workers to learn and talk like American and lie about their place because he was think by his own interest(Individualism). His goal was get 6 which mostly impossible in India so he was so strict. After color feast he starts to adjust with Indian culture. He starts learning about culture and used to live with them. So he begins to communicate to the workers and take their suggestions. After a period of time his team got 6 in marketing. His boss went to India to see workers when he comes they got less than 6. But Todd boss said that he will close the office and open in China. So Todd ignore his boss and he back to America

Final Individual reflection


Culture diversity is very interesting topic, in this curse I learned many interesting thing about culture and why we should respect other culture. Before I start this course I have got bad idea about some people in some countries but when I start this course I begin to understand other culture. Culture is that what people believe and learned what's right and what's wrong and they take it from their parents and societies when they are child, so any were you go you find people that their culture is different form your culture and they live in the same community that's called cultural diversity. So it's important to learn about other culture. Moreover I the most things I like in this class is the idea of making film. Because this is the first time that I have does this film. So we learn many things. I think that the government most put this subject in early age and learn student about other culture from they are in primary school and do experiment in the subject like brown eyes blue eyes experiment because they are still kids and they are still taking culture form other people. Its great idea to have harmony day and the most people will like it and I suggest that people most celebrate at this day like natural day. In conclusion I won't to say that I have enjoyed his course and I have toke experience about other culture that will help me in all my life.

Individual Reflection for Emirati film


The idea of making film teach us many things, for example this is my first time that I go with my friends and set together to do project.  Also we learn haw organize our plans and how to work in team. Moreover I realized that we most care about our culture and many Emiratis people start to forget their culture so that’s project remind us how our grandfathers culture. Also that is my first times that I meet other people so that interview help me to communicate to other people.
